With a specialisation in the role of being a senior care assistant, a strong first hand and industry based disability knowledge, a Certificate IV in Dementia Care, my dedication to making a positive impact has driven my career. I have proudly spent one year with Training Unlimited, honing my skills and knowledge. What fuels my passion is the desire to help and support individuals, especially students, as I find immense joy in working along side them to achieve their goals. I am dedicated to persisting in my mission to make a meaningful difference in the lives of those who require support and to contribute to the betterment of our community through the training and support I give to my students.

I have over 7 years experience in the Early Childhood Education and Care profession, where I filled the positions of an assistant educator and room leader within all age groups. I became a Trainer and Assessor, specialising in Early Childhood Education and Care in October 2021. I am very passionate about the sector and am forever looking to further my knowledge and share my experiences with my students to implement constant improvements. I enjoy being on the floor with my students to gain the "feel" of the centre and support hands on learning. I believe the best way to build a positive relationship with children is to support their emotional needs and have fun with them by joining in on the learning experience. My areas of high interest are Noongar culture, child development and natural environments that promote sustainability.

My name is Olivia Ketteridge, I'm a Training Specialist for Training Unlimited and I deliver the Certificate III and Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care. I am an experienced and passionate Trainer with having worked in the Childcare Sector for 32 years. Using my skills and knowledge to empower and mentor educators to be their best self, to be able to provide high quality education and care to children of today's future. I am passionate about children's learning and development and love to share my knowledge and experience with passionate and willing individuals like you. Over the past years I have been working closely with children and families and have gained a deep passion with building deep relationships with children and families which I believe is one of the most important aspects of Early Childhood and Care. With 11 years of experience at Hungry Jack’s, he brings deep industry knowledge to his role as a Training Specialist. Matthew enjoys meeting a variety of students who are eager to learn. His approach to training emphasizes making the learning environment fun, exciting, and engaging. He takes pride in assisting students with their development and education, knowing that he's making a positive impact on their careers. She's enthusiastic about her new role as a Training Specialist, especially because it provides daily opportunities to learn and grow. Lucy enjoys the variety in her work, from leading large food safety classes to engaging with individuals one-on-one. Amy joined Training Unlimited in February 2022, bringing over 20 years of experience from her career with Hungry Jack’s, where she held various positions, including Certified Restaurant Trainer (CRT). She started at Hungry Jack’s when she was just 14, making TU only her second job. As a Training Specialist, Amy enjoys interacting with a diverse range of people across different locations. Her passion lies in helping young workers advance their skills and knowledge, drawing on her extensive experience in the hospitality industry. She finds fulfillment in guiding the next generation of workers toward success. Amy's favorite item at Hungry Jack’s is the Junior Whopper with Cheese—add bacon, beetroot, and angry onion, with no pickle! Colbey joined Training Unlimited in January 2024 after working at McDonald's from 2019 to 2022. He's an extrovert who thrives on interacting with people, and he enjoys the supportive management structure and collaborative team environment at TU. Colbey's favorite aspect of his role is leading Food Safety Supervisor classes. He enjoys facilitating sessions with upwards of 25 people, creating an engaging atmosphere for group discussions and collaboration with food industry experts. His enthusiasm for helping others develop their skills makes him a standout Training Specialist. His favorite item at Hungry Jack's? The BBQ Cheeseburger. Emma joined Training Unlimited in October 2022 after spending 20 years at Hungry Jack’s, bringing a wealth of experience to the role. She finds joy in being part of a team, thriving on teamwork and focusing on smashing goals and hitting enrolment targets. As a Training Specialist, she runs info sessions with the client to develop their knowledge of the traineeship program. Lianna joined Training Unlimited at the beginning of 2023, relocating from Coffs Harbour, NSW, to take on this new role and advance her career. Before joining TU, she worked at another Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) giant, McDonald's, since the age of fourteen. Now, she's excited to bring her experience to Hungry Jack's trainees. Lianna's favorite part of being a Training Specialist is engaging face-to-face in store sessions. She enjoys meeting new people and is passionate about helping trainees develop their skills. Lianna brings energy and fun to Food Safety Supervisor courses, aiming to make every training session enjoyable. Her favorite Hungry Jack's item is the Bacon Deluxe without tomato—"So yummy!" Lisa joined Training Unlimited in May 2021, bringing with her 30 years of experience in the hospitality industry. As a qualified chef by trade, she has worked across many sectors, including fast food and restaurant management, before moving into an operations supervisor role. Now, she enjoys her dream job at TU, where she shares her expertise with Hungry Jack's trainees. Lisa's favorite part of being a Training Specialist is visiting stores every day and building relationships with her trainees. She enjoys guiding them through the 12-month journey, watching them grow more confident and knowledgeable over time. Her favorite item at Hungry Jack's is the Cheeseburger. With 25 years (plus) in the Early Childhood Education sector I have held a number of roles that have equipped me with the knowledge and insight to support the people around me. Throughout the years, my passion for assisting people be the best versions of themselves was becoming quite an obsession. So, I developed short personal development sessions to help my colleagues. I became a Trainer 12 years ago (2011) with a promise and intention to assist our new and existing educators understand this complex career and enjoy the journey. With my thirst for knowledge, I spent almost 3 years with a personal Leadership Coach teaching me leadership skills so that I could expand my scope and assist our leaders in their roles with confidence and charisma. I love my time as a trainer and feel that I have found my corner of the universe. I have been married for 31 years (1992 grand final day) to my best friend Jose whom we share the travel passion and 2 adult children Zack (27) and Josie (25). I enjoy reading romance novels and supernatural movies and shopping for shoes and clothes are my addiction.

My name is Sharee Hitchcock. I am a training specialist for training unlimited, delivering both the Certificate III and Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care. I have over 24 years experience in the ECEC industry spanning from the role of a student to a room leader to a director to service owner. I moved into training and assessment 16 years ago with a vision to passing on my passion for Early Childhood Education and Care to the educators of today. I believe the ECEC industry is forever evolving and am committed to keeping up to date with the latest trends by attending professional developments and working in collaboration with services and their educators to ensure my knowledge and training is current and a reflection of the industry. I have a high interest in play based learning with a link to the appreciation to the natural environment with pedagogical practices that enrich habits that embed equity, diversity and inclusion. A educator is best invested interacting with the children resulting in a passion in observations and curriculum planning that invests in acting in the best interest of the children at all times. The best part of being a trainer is being able to inspire, support and grow the next generation of educators to empower them to provide high quality education and care to children with an aim to raise the standard of practices in the industry. While my role will be to pass on knowledge to students, spending time with them on the floor to provide role modelling and mentoring is essential. I am eager to work with my students and enjoy watching their confidence grow throughout their own learning journeys as they embrace challenges and reap the rewards of their progress.
